Abstract
The study focuses on the synthesis, spectral studies and antimicrobial activity of 2-Amino-4-(2’-n-butyl-4’-chloro-1’-H-imidazol-5’-yl)-6-aryl-4-H-pyran-3-carbonitriles derivatives against Gram +ve bacteria, Gram –ve bacteria and fungi. The products have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, Mass Spectra and TLC.
