Abstract
Protein kinase inhibitors play a crucial role in cancer research and
treatment. Protein kinases are enzymes that regulate various cellular processes
by catalyzing the transfer of phosphate groups from ATP to specific target
proteins, thereby modulating their activity. Dysregulation of protein kinases
is a common feature in many types of cancer, making them attractive targets for
therapeutic intervention. The inhibitors employed in this work for the
comparative analysis include PLK1, CK1 delta, ATM, LRRK2, and LRRK2. These
inhibitors are all very useful in the treatment of cancer.
